The Fitness Manager (FM) ensures every member receives a world-class experience while driving the financial success of our coaching and supplement departments. You will lead a high-performance team, manage daily operations, and take full ownership of private training and supplement revenue.

Key responsibilities include team leadership & staffing, sales & revenue performance, and administration & member service.
Qualifications include proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership, current nationally recognized Personal Training certification, strong communication, time management, deep understanding of fitness revenue metrics, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead by example on the fitness floor.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
