Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and Experience• SAP experience, with strong experience in SAP Supply Chain and Logistics modules. • Hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). • Experience in multiple full-cycle SAP TM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects. • Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM processes including: o Transportation planningo Freight order managemento Freight unit buildingo Carrier selectiono Tenderingo Freight cost calculationo Charge managemento Freight settlemento Transportation execution and monitoring• Experience with embedded SAP TM in SAP S/4HANA. • Strong understanding of order-based transportation and delivery-based transportation scenarios. • Good knowledge of integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules such as: o SAP SDo SAP MMo SAP EWMo SAP FI/COo SAP GTS• Ability to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents. • Experience in preparing functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows. • Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse, and supply chain execution processes. • Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive solution delivery independently. • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations or global rollout programs. • • Experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics / Logistics Business Network. • Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP GTS, SAP Yard Logistics, or SAP Event Management. • Experience in transportation optimization and advanced planning scenarios. • Exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and OData services. • Experience working in global delivery models with onsite/offshore teams. • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery. • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, retail, logistics, consumer goods, or life sciences.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
