Xynergy POWER is hiring full-time Solar Canvassers / Field Representatives for our residential teams throughout Greater Los Angeles.
This is a W-2 door-to-door position with a guaranteed $4,000 monthly base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses. No solar or previous sales experience is required, and you will not be responsible for closing solar sales or negotiating contracts.
We provide the training, script, territory, coaching, and support. Your role is to speak with homeowners, deliver a short company-provided pitch, and identify qualified opportunities for our solar team.
What You'll Do
You are not expected to convince every homeowner or close a sale. The role is about consistency, communication, and following the process.
Compensation
After 12 Qualified Accounts per week, each additional Qualified Account earns a $50 bonus.

A Qualified Account includes the required homeowner information and electricity bill.
Schedule & Training
This is a full-time Monday through Saturday field position.
Each day includes approximately six hours of active field work plus daily training and coaching. Field work is split between earlier and later sessions, with a mid-day office period for training, food, refreshments, and rest.
All new employees currently begin their initial training and probationary period at our Santa Monica office. This period is approximately one month depending on training progress and performance.
After successfully completing training, employees will generally be assigned to an office and field territory closer to where they live based on availability and operational needs.

No Experience Required
You do not need solar, door-to-door, sales, or closing experience. We provide full training on the pitch, basic objection handling, collecting customer information, and creating Qualified Accounts.
